Concept

In my gardening endeavors I continually find myself with plants and materials to share. That made me think there are most likely many other urban dwellers in my shoes with surplus materials. Why not share that gardening abundance locally instead of sending it to the landfill? Many of the plants I currently have are due to the generosity of others. This site is a place to share and trade on the premise of a good old fashioned handshake. Think plants, equipment and food surplus. The possibilities are endless!
